Michael Duffy Developments is a housing development company, formed originally in 1990 as Duffy Homes Ltd, but recently re-branded and relocated to superb new offices on the edge of Cheadle, Cheshire.
Our activities include residential development of quality family homes in Greater Manchester and Cheshire and acquiring large scale Brownfield residential and mixed use sites where we work in conjunction with a number of national house builders in bringing forward important strategic development sites.
